We keep this classic nice a simple with scratch made bolognese (using our steak mince, of course), lasagne noodles, and béchamel. Ready for you to take home and give it that last shock in the oven for a perfectly golden and crispy edged top. Enjoy with a lovely rocket salad dressed with a squeeze of lemon, extra virgin olive oil, freshly ground pepper and a little coarse salt.

Keep refrigerated. Can be frozen for up to 6 months. Defrost for 24 hours in a refrigerator. Reheat when defrosted.

To reheat, remove packaging and plastic film. Reheat in a 180ºC oven for 30 to 40 minutes, until piping hot throughout.
