Traditional Beef Sausages


Simplicity is the name of the game with our traditional all beef sausages. Our own home reared Scottish beef, hung for a minimum of 28 days, mixed with a basic spice blend and carefully handmade in the butchery. What you taste is pure Balgove beef.

Keep refrigerated. Can be frozen for up to 6 months. Defrost in refrigerator for 24 to 36 hours until completely thawed. Prepare once defrosted.
