How to Order
1. Browse our Christmas collection
Explore our selection of festive meats, poultry, seasonal favourites and all the trimmings. Choose your preferred products and sizes, then add them to your basket.
2. Choose your collection date
Select your preferred collection date before completing your order.
Choose carefully! This date may not be changeable as we get closer to Christmas. Please note that collections are before 12 noon on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.
3. Secure your order with a £20 deposit
A single £20 deposit is payable online to secure your Christmas pre-order. This deposit is applied to your order, regardless of how many items you purchase.
This will be deducted from your final balance* upon collection.
Note: For products sold by weight, please note that these orders are prepared by hand from carcasses which naturally vary in size and scale and therefore weights are adhered to as closely as possible but are approximate.

Please note: These are approximate weights. The amount you need will depend on appetites, the cut of meat and how many other dishes you're serving.
Collection & Payment
Collections for Christmas are from the Flower Barn which is on the left of the main farm shop entrance. Arrive on your chosen day, give your name and collect your order and pay your remaining balance.
Our Christmas team will be in the Flower Barn to take payment and retrieve your order from cold store, but please note that Balgove Larder will be fully stocked for all the extras, vegetables, nibbles, meat and drinks and is open every day, right up until 4pm on Christmas Eve.
A £20 deposit is payable online to secure your order, with the remaining balance payable at our till on collection.
A reminder that whilst our skilled butchers will try their hardest to adhere to the weights requested, these are natural products, cut by hand and there might be slight variation from the estimated total.
Products that are sold by approximate weight will be weighed once prepared, and the final price will be calculated using the actual weight.
Please be prepared to show order confirmation when collecting your Christmas order.

We encourage you to get your orders in early as some items may be out of stock before our cut-off.
