Traditional Pork Sausages
Handmade in the Balgove butchery using our own rare breed, outdoor reared pork. We use a simple blend of spices to accent the natural flavour of the top notch pork. These sausages are perfect on a roll for breakfast, alongside a salad for lunch or paired with creamy mash and gravy for dinner.
Keep refrigerated. Can be frozen for up to 6 months. Defrost in refrigerator for 24 to 36 hours until completely thawed. Prepare once defrosted.
