It's the condiment that everyone asks for a little more of. It can hide a multitude of sins on the plate, enhances the perfect roast, adds flavour to left overs and gives you an excuse to have 'just one more roast tattie' to mop up the gravy...

Made here at Balgove using our home-produced organic beef, simmered slowly for hours to extract serious depth of beefy flavour.

Keep refrigerated. Can be frozen for up to 6 months. Defrost in refrigerator for 24 to 36 hours until completely thawed. Reheat once defrosted.
