Our Lamb Mince comes exclusively from our own free-range, home-reared sheep. Using the shoulder, flank and trim we achieve a mince that is full of flavour and lends itself well to a variety of dishes. Makes a delicious and classic shepherds pie, especially when paired with our local Fife, fresh-from-the-farm, Cultra potatoes.
Keep refrigerated. Can be frozen for up to 6 months. Defrost in refrigerator for 24 to 36 hours until completely thawed. Prepare once defrosted.
