St Monans' Hot Smoked Salmon

East Neuk Kilnhouse is situated in St. Monans in the East Neuk of Fife, 50 miles North of Edinburgh, and 20 minutes from Balgove Larder. It produces premium quality fish both fresh and smoked.

This hot smoked salmon is flaky in texture, creamy, simply delicious to taste, melts in your mouth, smoked using oak wood. 

A perfect starter or as part of a boxing day buffet. Enjoy hot or cold.

Keep refrigerated. Can be frozen for up to 6 months. Defrost for 24 hours in a refrigerator. Bake when defrosted.
