Porchetta

Our home-made porchetta is our take on a traditional savoury Italian delicacy. Prepared in-house with tender pork loin and belly which is then stuffed with herbs, garlic and spices and then rolled and tied to envelop the flavours.

When roasted the skin crackles, the meat remains soft and succulent and the flavours permeate through the meat. 

It's a real treat.
