Ribeye Roast

Ribeye roast is the equivalent of a ribeye steak but in roasting joint form. This particular cut is prepared with the 'cap' off. This makes the joint supremely easy to carve. It is beautifully marbled and succulent but is not as large as a 'cap on' joint. 

Rest for 20-30 minutes before serving.

Order sizes from 1kg to 2.5kg

Keep refrigerated. Can be frozen for up to 6 months. Defrost in refrigerator for 24 to 36 hours until completely thawed. Prepare once defrosted.
