Puddledub Dry Cured Oak Smoked Shoulder Bacon


We love delicious food. We love local food. That is precisely why we love Puddledub Bacon. Their beautiful bacon, produced from their herds of happy pigs, is some of the very best we've tasted.

The shoulder bacon is a unique cut, giving plenty of bacon flavour, while being leaner than bacon from the belly. It is dry cured with salt and a little sugar, then cold smoked using oak and beechwood. Pure, natural bacon goodness.

This cut is ideal for bacon rolls, makes a perfect side for breakfast and adds plenty of smoky bacon flavour to soups or stews.
