Pork Shoulder
£18.50
As with most cuts from the front of the animal, pork shoulder is best when cooked low and slow. You could even leave it simmering overnight. The copious amount a fat and connective tissue melt into the meat while it cooks, resulting in a tender and flavourful finished product. It makes glorious pulled pork, delicious mixed with a little BBQ sauce on a fresh white roll. Add a side of creamy coleslaw and you're set.
Keep refrigerated. Can be frozen for up to 6 months. Defrost in refrigerator for 24 to 36 hours (or longer for larger roasts) until completely thawed. Prepare once defrosted.
