Ramsay of Scotland Dry Cured Ayrshire Bacon


Introducing Ramsay of Scotland, multi award winning bacon made using traditional skills and a secret family recipe handed down through 5 generations, over 157 years, for quality bacon - the way it used to and should taste!

The bacon is produced using British outdoor bred, high welfare pork and, of course, the secret family cure. It is rolled and tied and hung to air dry. Time is taken to allow the bacon to slowly mature and develop a deeper flavour. 

This bacon has no added water so won't shrink away in the pan!

Bacon rolls, full breakfast, pasta dishes or add flavour to soups or stews.
