Our top notch Pork Mince comes from happy Scottish piggies. Taken from the shoulder and belly this mince has a well balanced flavour, texture and ratio of meat to fat. When mixed with our steak mince it makes a killer meatball. Dress it up with Asian flavours, stir fry it with your favourite fresh veg and serve over rice or use as a filling for lettuce wraps. The options are endless.

Keep refrigerated. Can be frozen for up to 6 months. Defrost in refrigerator for 24 to 36 hours until completely thawed. Prepare once defrosted.
