Organic Free-Range Duck

For the first time, we're rearing our own organic ducks for Christmas.

Duck is a real festive treat. Reared slowly on the organic pastures on the estate and given freedom to forage, splash, paddle and explore from dawn until dusk before being safely tucked away in straw houses for the night.

Fed and supplemented organically with home-grown oats and feed, these birds have grown slowly and have developed wonderful flavour as well as the signature layer of fat that makes duck such a wonderfully decadent and succulent meat.

Processed on farm and dry plucked, these birds are quite different from their supermarket counterparts. Cooking instructions included with the birds.

There is a limited number of birds available and sizes range from 2.5-3kg (not selectable).
