Handmade in the Balgove butchery using a simple blend of spices to accentuate the natural flavour of the meat, be it pork, beef or venison. These sausages are perfect on a roll for breakfast, a side dish to the main event or taking center stage paired with creamy mash, steamed greens and gravy for dinner.
