All of our stewing beef comes from the fore quarter or shoulder of the animal and is carefully hand trimmed by our master butchers. The best choice for all of your casseroles, stews, steak pies, and braises.

Keep refrigerated. Can be frozen for up to 6 months. Defrost in refrigerator for 24 to 36 hours until completely thawed. Prepare once defrosted.
