T-Bone Steak


Cut from the short loin, the T-bone is two steaks in one. On one side is the flavourful striploin and on the other is the tender fillet. Both are well marbled and mouth-wateringly delicious.

T-bones are a fantastic high-heat or BBQing steak and are perfect when cooked to medium rare. For an extra bit of indulgence try adding round of herbed butter to your finished steak.

Keep refrigerated. Can be frozen for up to 6 months. Defrost in refrigerator for 24 to 36 hours until completely thawed. Prepare once defrosted.

Steaks are approximately 500g each.
