Smoked Beef Carpaccio
To create our smoked beef carpaccio we start with prime cuts of beef brisket. These are cold smoked over oak wood to give just the right amount of smokey flavour. Thinly sliced this beef will almost melt in your mouth. Wonderful all on it's own or paired with a little good extra virgin olive oil, greens, and fresh bread.
Keep refrigerated. Can be frozen for up to 6 months. Defrost in refrigerator for 24 hours until completely thawed. Consume once defrosted.
