This helps to reduce the large population size and ease pressure on the environment and biodiversity on that incredible Isle. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCut from the front end, best suited to slow gentle cooking to tenderise and release maximum flavour.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTraditionally cooked with red wine, or port gravy, redcurrant or rowan jelly.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eMay contain shot.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eKeep refrigerated. Can be frozen for up to 6 months. Defrost in refrigerator for 24 to 36 hours until completely thawed.
