barra-bronze-turkey-copy
Barra Bronze Turkey Crown

On the fertile land at Lochend of Barra, the Michie family have been rearing turkeys since 1928. Their flock of female bronze turkeys forage the orchards for apples, pears and insects, graze on fields of brassicas and red clover, and are fed on the quality cereals that are produced on the farm. This, along with time to grow slowly, allows them to develop a rich flavour with distinct culinary nuances.

A flavour that is truly sublime.

Turkey crowns are whole turkeys that have had the legs removed so that there is only white meat.
