A very popular sausage in South Africa, the name is derived from the Afrikaans words 'boer' (farmer) and 'wors' (sausage). A mix of our own beef and pork with a traditional recipe of spices, red wine, and red wine vinegar, this sausage is truly unique, delicious and created for the summer BBQ.
Keep refrigerated. Can be frozen for up to 6 months. Defrost in refrigerator for 24 to 36 hours until completely thawed. Prepare once defrosted.
